A classic Italian wedding in downtown Florence, one that I loved. Bride and groom said “Yes I Do” in the beautiful Sala Rossa at Palazzo Vecchio. I wonder, have you ever seen it? Red velvet is all around and the atmosphere is really elegant. Also, the setting of Palazzo Vecchio is magnificent. It doesn’t happen every day to breath history like in here. Above all, the place from which the Medici family ruled Florence for centuries. The ideal place for committing to eternal love.
After the ceremony I took bride and groom for a stroll around the Uffizi gallery and Ponte Vecchio. It was midday and the city was full of tourists. Many people approached us to say “congratulazioni” to the newly wed. As a result, I had several photo opportunities that I was not expecting. In addition, we also bumped into a group of cyclists who posed for a photo with the groom. In other words, surprises can make the photoshoot even more fun than anticipated. Particularly if bride and groom like to play the game.
